Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Software Technical Support or Systems Support Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience leading technical teams, preferably via team leads.
• Experience with traffic systems or smart infrastructure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Technical Support organization through squad leads.
• Oversee deployments, configurations, and QA processes.
• Monitor systems for uptime and troubleshoot issues.
