Job summary

Hunter Crown, LLC is seeking a Head of Technical Solutions to lead wastewater process engineering and technical strategy for water infrastructure projects across the Northeast. This senior role combines engineering expertise with utility engagement and cross-functional leadership to shape technical solutions.

Travel is expected 20–50% to customer sites. Compensation includes a base salary of $135,000 to $220,000, with potential equity and comprehensive benefits; opportunity to build a growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of wastewater process engineering or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment and process design.
• Technical writing ability and credibility with utilities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for utility and engineering partners.
• Lead technical scoping, site evaluations, process assessments, proposal support and design discussions.
• Mentor future team members and help build repeatable technical solutions practices.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, commercial and technical development teams.
