Job summary

Kleinfelder, a Forbes' Top Employer for Engineers in North America, seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Professional to join our New England Water Team in a hybrid role across New England offices including Rocky Hill, CT. You will apply your engineering expertise to deliver water-related projects, lead technical efforts, and mentor teams on challenging multi-disciplinary assignments.

The position offers growth, collaboration with a national community of practice, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred.
• Strong technical leadership and direction to project teams.
• Excellent organizational and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and design solutions for water and/or wastewater clients to deliver services.
• Participate in technical, cost, and scheduling efforts, ensuring quality standards and risk management.
• Direct and coordinate water/wastewater activities including multi-disciplinary involvement.
• Coordinate with regulatory and funding agencies.
• Participate in project scoping, proposals, budgeting and objectives.
• Work with clients, staff engineers, designers and subconsultants.
