Westrock Coffee Company seeks a Vice President of Technical Services to lead the technical organization across Engineering, FSQA, Product Realization, and R&D. You will coach leaders, ensure safe and scalable manufacturing platforms, and optimize capital investments to support growth and innovation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to align strategy with execution, while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across seven product areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical field required; MBA or technical master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/engineering/quality/R&D leadership experience in food/beverage/CPG.
• Experience leading multi-site technical organizations and large-scale capital projects.
• Experience in coffee, beverage, or related process manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety/quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications.
• Proven ability to lead capital planning and project execution at scale.
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and growing leaders and technical talent.

• Set the strategic direction and annual operating priorities for the Technical Services organization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Engineering, Capital Projects, FSQA, Product Realization, and R&D.
• Serve on the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Establish KPIs and governance across technical functions for safety, quality, and delivery.
• Coach and mentor leaders to build a strong talent bench and succession plans.
• Champion ongoing training and skills development for engineering, quality, and plant staff.
• Oversee plant/process engineering to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
