Dematic seeks a Documentation Manager to lead a team of technical writers and documentation controllers. You will steer projects, ensure accurate technical documents, and uphold standards across formats, collaborating with internal teams and customers to improve the documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline emphasizing technical communications and/or management.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs for documentation activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead documentation efforts to ensure high-quality, accurate technical documents.
• Implement and enforce documentation standards, styles, and templates.
• Provide direction to and mentor team members.
• Present ideas clearly to internal leaders and external customers.
• Identify KPIs and use data to drive documentation improvements.
