Dematic seeks a Documentation Manager to lead a team of technical writers and documentation controllers, driving high-quality customer project docs across formats.

You will guide standards, mentor staff, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate documentation delivery. Strong technical writing background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline focusing on technical communications and/or management.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to identify, develop, measure, and analyze KPIs for documentation.
• Strong technical understanding to produce clear, complete docs and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation efforts to deliver high-quality, accurate technical documents.
• Implement standards, styles, and templates across outputs.
• Provide direction and mentorship to the team of writers and controllers.
• Communicate ideas clearly to internal leaders and external customers.
• Identify and analyze KPIs to improve documentation activities.
