Job summary

The EPC Power Corp is seeking a Director, Technical Accounting & Transformation to lead technical accounting strategy and enterprise-wide process improvement in a high-growth finance environment. You will drive GAAP-compliant policies, oversee complex transactions, and partner with executives to scale controls and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA is required.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or advisory roles.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and risk-based controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting policy development and non-routine transactions.
• Drive enterprise-wide process transformation and scalable control frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee external audits and prepare technical memos and documentation.
• Build and scale the function with teams, tools, and governance.
