Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Transformation & Close process optimization.
• Coordinate external audit activities and PBC requests.
• Support M&A due diligence and purchase accounting integration.
• Assist with SOX 404 ICFR design, testing, and remediation.
• Provide input on US GAAP policies and SEC reporting readiness.
