Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in the United States seeks a Head of Technical Accounting to steer all technical accounting efforts, including M&A workstreams, under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. You will advise business leaders, prepare memos, and partner with auditors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and implementation of new accounting standards with global reach, supported by a hybrid work model in Oak Brook, IL.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading large-scale reporting projects including ESG disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for technical accounting topics and related memos.
• Lead accounting workstreams for M&A, from due diligence to post-closing integration.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to provide guidance on contracts and deals.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support the audit process and documentation.
