Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Global Derivatives & Hedge Accounting Manager to lead accounting, reporting, governance and compliance for the company’s global derivative portfolio. You will serve as the technical accounting expert for FX, rates, commodities and risk instruments, ensuring US GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, treasury accounting, derivative accounting, or public accounting.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in ASC 815, hedge accounting, financial instruments, fair value accounting, and foreign currency accounting; SEC reporting and multinational treasury experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and financial reporting for derivative instruments.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 815, IFRS hedge accounting, SEC reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Oversee the accounting close process, derivative valuations, reconciliations, disclosures, and hedge accounting documentation.
• Govern hedge accounting framework including designation, effectiveness testing, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Serve as technical accounting expert on derivatives, financial instruments, foreign currency exposures, and treasury-related transactions.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance leadership to support risk management strategies and financing transactions.
• Lead SOX controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure auditable documentation.
• Drive process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and reporting efficiencies.
• Provide leadership and training on derivative and hedge accounting matters.
