Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Significant experience with a public accounting firm.
• Track record of managing large-scale reporting projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert counsel on complex accounting matters.
• Research and document accounting positions for new transactions.
• Lead the entire accounting workstream for M&A transactions.
