Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy and operations in large tech environments.
• Experience partnering with C-level, VP, and senior leaders.
• Proven player-coach with leadership and hands-on analysis.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical judgment.
• Experience building planning processes and governance cadences.
• Financial acumen including cloud cost and workforce modeling.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and produce briefs.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps and OKRs.
• Own planning rhythms: annual/quarterly planning, QBRs, and exec reviews.
• tackle ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with structured analysis.
• Oversee an intelligent view of Central Technology performance.
• Refine measures of platform outcomes with engineering leadership.
• Build relationships across Yahoo to align service delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance and People on resource planning.
• Translate engineering progress into executive narratives.
• Pilot AI tools to improve productivity and prompt engineering.
• Lead and mentor the Strategy & Operations team.
