Job summary

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to perform under a demanding sports schedule, including travel, camps, and events year-round.

Qualifications

• Track record in team operations within professional sports or collegiate athletics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to demanding schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team operations to provide resources and support.
• Plan training schedules, facility logistics, and matchday preparations.
• Travel with the team to away matches and preseason activities.
• Communicate with players, coaches, medical staff, and leadership.
• Assist with immigration/visa processes and housing/logistics.
• Maintain budgets and assist with budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with USL policies and club regulations.
