Red Bull New York is seeking a Coordinator, Academy Operations to run day-to-day academy operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, compliance, and equipment needs across all age groups. This role supports a high-performance environment through planning, communication, and cross-department collaboration.

The coordinator will lead matchday logistics for home games, manage travel, training schedules, and serve as a liaison among coaches, players, and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working in an elite sporting environment.
• Strong understanding of youth player development and the operational needs of an academy setting.
• Experience with team management platforms (e.g., Teamworks).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex travel, scheduling, and equipment logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all matchday logistics and on-site operations for home matches.
• Lead scheduling and communication of training, matches, and events.
• Serve as primary administrative and operational liaison among coaches, staff, players, families.
• Manage all player and staff kit and equipment operations, including sizing, distribution, collection, gear washing, storage, and replenishment.
• Manage inventory tracking and ordering, maintaining stock levels and forecasting future needs.
