United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to shape the company’s leadership through strategic, high-impact searches across functions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies and build long-term talent pipelines.

You’ll lead executive searches, engage with top-tier talent, and help evolve recruiting capabilities with scalable methods and AI-driven tools to support future leadership and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of directly managing complex senior-level or executive searches (in-house executive recruiting experience is preferred).
• Strong executive presence and the ability to establish credibility, influence decisions, and navigate differing stakeholder perspectives.
• Experience building executive talent communities or pipelines tied to long-term succession and organizational planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and hiring leaders to define leadership profiles, clarify organizational needs, and develop tailored search strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber, passive executive talent through research, outreach, networking, and long-term engagement.
• Use search metrics and pipeline health checks to optimize search strategies in real time.
• Create a high-touch, personalized candidate journey reflecting the company’s mission and values.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market perspectives and closing considerations.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to elevate sourcing efficiency and talent discovery.
