Job summary

Tonal seeks a Talent Brand and Partnership Lead to grow the influence, visibility, and commercial impact of Tonal’s on‑air talent across platforms.

This role develops and executes the strategy behind each coach’s personal brand, translating positioning and growth priorities into coordinated marketing opportunities across social, community, PR, events, and brand partnerships—always in service of Tonal’s business goals and member experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in talent management, talent marketing, brand partnerships, creator strategy, or related roles.
• Experience managing or developing creators, coaches, influencers, or on‑camera talent.
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Experience working with external talent agencies or reps.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tonal’s day‑to‑day lead for the external talent agency through current contract term, including cadence, briefs, feedback, approvals, and reporting.
• Guide coaches on positioning, audience growth, external opportunities, and brand decisions.
• Develop and execute individual coach brand strategies and growth roadmaps across relevant channels.
• Collaborate across Brand Partnerships, Marketing, PR, Performance, Content Operations, and Legal.
• Lead the talent workstream from contract execution to delivery, managing scopes, timelines, and reviews.
• Coordinate campaigns with agency teams, translate objectives into coach voice and deliverables.
