Job summary

Tonal seeks a Creative Lead to translate brand strategy into distinctive, compelling creative across the full customer journey. This hands‑on player/coach role sets the creative vision and executes work while guiding partners.

You will evolve Tonal's visual identity, lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution, and help build a lean, high‑performing creative function as the brand scales. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, E‑commerce and Content to deliver work

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design, art direction, or creative leadership for consumer brands or agencies.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual craft and integrated brand work.
• Experience leading others and building lean creative teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex products into simple, human storytelling.
• Proficiency with visual storytelling across digital, social, web, and paid media.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into compelling creative ideas across the customer journey.
• Set and evolve Tonal's visual expression for consistency across channels.
• Concept and design campaigns and assets across paid, organic, web, email, retail, events.
• Lead creative development for campaigns, product launches, partnerships.
• Establish high creative standards in design, typography, photography, video, motion.
• Help build and manage a lean internal creative team and partner with external resources.
