You’ll own Greenhouse configurations, manage third-party boards and tools, lead a team, and shape candidate experience and employer brand through data-driven insights.

• Experienced Leader: strong people leadership and team development.
• Recruiting Expert: full-desk recruiting experience across end-to-end lifecycle.
• ATS Power User: Greenhouse admin with configuration, permissions, and reporting.
• Career Site Savvy: management of Phenom or similar platforms and employer brand execution.
• Tech-Savvy TA: familiarity with ATS/CRM, automation, and analytics tooling.
• Process & Project oriented: build operations from scratch with documented workflows.
• Data-Driven: extract insights from data visualization to drive solutions.
• Candidate-Obsessed: focus on best-in-class candidate experience.
• Collaborative Partner: strong communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Compliance-Aware: understand pay transparency and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own Greenhouse configuration, user management, and integrations.
• Manage TA vendor relationships and third-party job boards/tools.
• Develop change management, playbooks, and training for TA tools.
• Analyze long-term TA process needs and best practices.
• Oversee TA analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Standardize hiring manager experience and interview practices.
• Lead a TA operations and candidate experience team with clear goals.
