Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience at mid-sized to large companies.
• Personally closed senior hires that other firms also pursued.
• Run a revenue-style funnel with stage metrics, coverage, yield and cost per hire.
• AI-native sourcing, screening or research workflows built with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and write the Top 1% talent bar for Flowcode functions and defend it with hiring managers and executives.
• Maintain an always-on pipeline with senior and critical roles, including roles already filled.
• Own outbound and referrals as the default sourcing channels and optimize the mix.
• Increase velocity from first contact to offer to days, not weeks.
• Own all recruiting metrics and SLAs: time to hire, time to fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Run final negotiations on senior hires, including comp framing and relocation objections.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure quick ramp to productivity across teams.
• Strategize and optimize agency spend; maintain a lean, high-quality bench.
