Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience in HR.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a recruiting function.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
