Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team across our hotel and corporate offices. You will drive recruitment strategies, guide specialists, and manage full-cycle hiring for General Managers, corporate, and other exempt positions.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape talent needs, build pipelines, and improve recruiting effectiveness while supporting growth across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High-volume recruitment experience required.
• Hospitality industry experience, including direct hotel operations, highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for a multi-property or franchise organization.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, onboarding).
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, community partnerships, college recruiting programs, and career fair initiatives.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; ATS conversion or implementation experience preferred.
• Experience using recruiting technology, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Knowledge of employment recruiting practices and applicable employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet recruiting demands across assigned locations.
• Partner to develop and execute annual sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for General Managers and other exempt-level roles.
• Conduct candidate phone screens, evaluate resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates.
• Provide recruiting guidance to hiring managers and ensure consistent hiring processes.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, interview days, and post-interview feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and analyze results with hiring managers and HR.
• Extend offers under direction of the Director of Talent Excellence.
• Build pipelines with colleges, universities, and hospitality schools.
