Job summary

ICON is seeking a Director of Recruitment Delivery to lead the centralized recruiting Center of Excellence within its People & Places organization. You will own staffing strategy, build and scale a blended team of recruiters and sourcers, and oversee SLAs, budgets, and vendor partnerships across business units.

You will partner with leadership to forecast hiring demand, shape the sourcing playbook, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience through standardized processes and metrics like

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience building or scaling a COE with blended contract/perm delivery.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and modern sourcing/AI tools.
• Experience owning recruiting budgets and vendor relationships.
• Experience recruiting across technical, operations, and skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the recruiting COE and delivery teams.
• Define sourcing strategy and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Own recruiting budget and vendor relationships.
• Implement SLAs and maintain hiring velocity.
