Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Department Manager to lead the professional, technical, management and financial aspects of the Survey Department, from field to deliverables. You will supervise day-to-day surveying operations, coordinate with clients, mentor staff, and pursue new business development across traditional surveying and geospatial services.

This role requires a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with a proven leadership track record and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor License required.
• 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
• Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including client communication (internal and external).
• Project proposal preparation & invoicing.
• Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews.
• New business development across Colliers’ Survey/Geospatial disciplines.
