TBC Corporation seeks a leader to direct end-to-end supply planning and execution across its distribution network, aligning demand forecasts with supplier capabilities to optimize inventory and service levels.

The role oversees a team responsible for PO management, inventory deployment, and balance, partnering with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, and Finance to reduce costs and improve cash flow.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• 10+ years progressive experience in supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team responsible for supply planning, purchase order creation and management, inventory deployment, and balancing across the distribution network.
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with consensus forecasts, targets, and business objectives.
• Manage the purchase order lifecycle from creation through receipt, ensuring timely replenishment and supplier execution.
• Establish inventory deployment and transfer strategies to balance inventory and maximize service levels.
• Monitor inventory positions and coordinate intercompany transfers to address imbalances, shortages, and excess stock.
