Job summary

Cambridgeport is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end‑to‑end materials, information, and inventory flow across two facilities for custom AHU/CRAH products. You will design the supplier network, S&OP cadence, and inventory policy, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to ensure on‑time delivery as we scale beyond $125M.

The role requires strategic leadership in HVAC manufacturing, deep ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred), and a track record of reducing total landed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain or operations experience in HVAC/mechanical manufacturing or hardware-intensive industrial manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience designing and running S&OP at scale
• Track record of improving inventory turns, fill rate, OTD, and total landed cost through policy and supplier strategy
• Direct experience with sheet metal, coils, fans, motors, controls, and electrical commodities
• ERP/MRP fluency at system-design level (Epicor strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and own commodity strategies across HVAC components and related materials
• Lead supplier development and establish supplier scorecards and reviews
• Stand up and run a monthly S&OP cadence across two facilities and product lines
• Own inventory policy, safety stock, reorder points, and land cost reporting
• Partner with Finance on working capital and PPV reporting
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales to align demand and supply
• Represent supply chain in executive reviews and capacity planning
• Lead and develop the supply chain team toward $125M revenue and beyond
