Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Data to lead the Data & AI strategy for the supply chain, partnering with business and IT leaders to translate needs into scalable data initiatives.

You will own end-to-end demand management for data projects, coordinate with the GCC, and guide a multi-year roadmap across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred in MBA / analytics / engineering.
• 10+ years in supply chain, data & analytics or digital transformation with leadership.
• Experience partnering with business and IT leaders to define data and AI strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Supply Chain Data & AI strategy with business and IT leadership.
• Own end-to-end demand management for data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with GCC to plan and deliver data products at scale.
• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for data products and AI use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Establish governance, data quality, and master data management practices.
