Jobgether is seeking a Producer/Head of Studio in a remote role focused on leading the end-to-end production of online slot games for the US market. You will guide concept to launch, optimize post-launch performance and manage branded content with licensors while shaping the studio’s portfolio.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, implement production standards, adapt to regulatory changes, and drive commercial success in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience in online slot game production.
• Experience producing for regulated US gaming markets.
• Proven track record with branded/licensed slot titles.
• Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics (hold-and-spin, linked progressives).
• Ability to interpret performance data and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary game development teams.
• Strong knowledge of RTP, paytables and volatility.
• Familiarity with B2B aggregators and platform partners (e.g., Light & Wonder).
• Experience with localization and agile production methods.
• Excellent communication and strategic decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end production pipeline from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Shape the studio's game portfolio and slate, defining themes and mechanics for US and international markets.
• Lead licensed and branded content production, managing licensors and approval workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, math, art, audio, engineering and QA.
• Establish production standards, documentation processes, QA and best practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments across US states and Canadian provinces and ensure compliance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop talent as the studio grows.
• Analyze game performance data to improve mechanics and maximize commercial success.
• Manage external partnerships with platform providers, aggregators and partners.
