Jobgether is seeking a Product Lead to shape strategy and drive iGaming product development in a fully remote, international environment. You will mentor Product Managers, guide roadmaps, and translate customer insights into impactful product experiences.

Formación

• Proven experience in product leadership roles.
• Strong PM experience in iGaming or related digital markets.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers to foster ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.
• Drive data-informed decisions using analytics, metrics, and experiments.
• Identify optimization opportunities from customer insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Monitor performance against objectives and implement improvements to maximize results.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans that deliver measurable impact.
