Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Product Lead. This fully remote role focuses on shaping product strategy for the iGaming space and guiding senior PMs across cross-functional teams.

You will translate market insights into product roadmaps, lead data-driven experiments, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver measurable business value in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role.
• Strong product management experience within the iGaming industry.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Solid expertise in strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to translate goals and market insights into clear product strategies.
• Strategic mindset with execution capability and strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers across teams.
• Oversee roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.
• Drive data-informed decisions through analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Identify opportunities for optimization from customer insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement improvements to maximize results.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans delivering measurable impact.
