Job summary

Range Music seeks a Vice President, Streaming and Commercial Partnerships to lead our streaming strategy and commercial relationships across both Artist Management and the Record Label. The role requires building senior relationships with DSPs, driving growth, revenue, and market share, and collaborating across divisions to position Range's artists for success.

The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, with deep knowledge of streaming platforms and artist development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital streaming partnerships or related fields.
• Deep understanding of the global streaming ecosystem and DSPs.
• Established relationships with major DSPs.
• Ability to translate data into strategic actions for artists and campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Range Music's streaming strategy across priority DSPs to grow streaming, revenue, and audience.
• Manage senior-level relationships with platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube) and partners.
• Collaborate with Artist Management and Record Label teams to align streaming initiatives with artist goals.
• Develop data-driven insights and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and campaigns.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and partnerships to maximize partner value and artist development.
