Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Director of Strategy and Service Insights to guide investment in traveler and partner service experiences. Lead a small, high-impact team, structure analyses, and present findings to senior leaders. You will help decide what to study next and ensure changes translate into action.

Requires an MBA or quantitative degree with 10+ years in strategy/consulting, and 4+ years leading teams. Strong Excel/SQL, Looker/Tableau, and data-driven storytelling are essential.

Qualificações

• MBA or quantitative graduate degree with 10+ years in strategy/consulting or related roles.
• 4+ years leading teams of 4+ people with coaching responsibility.
• Track record turning unclear questions into adopted recommendations.
• Ability to build, read, and challenge analyses with Excel/SQL outputs and dashboards.
• Clear writing and executive-level presentation to VP level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Frame the questions with impact and deliverables, working with service leaders.
• Structure work, hypotheses, analyses, and assign across the team.
• Review analyses for logic, data quality and assumptions.
• Lead managers and senior managers across multiple streams.
• Write and present executive recommendations and defend the thinking.
• Drive decisions and monitor outcomes after implementation.
• Coach the team on problem structuring, analysis, and presentation.
