Expedia Group seeks a Director of Strategy and Service Insights in Service Intelligence to lead problem-framing, analysis, and executive storytelling for traveler and partner services. You will mentor managers, design work plans, review analyses, and present recommendations to VPs, ensuring decisions drive measurable improvement.

Candidates should have MBA or quantitative background with 10+ years in strategy or consulting, plus 4+ years leading teams; experience with Excel/SQL and data

Formación

• MBA or Quantitative graduate degree with 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or related roles.
• 4+ years leading teams through problem-solving, scoping to recommendation.
• Experience leading a team of at least four, coaching on work.
• Ability to turn unclear questions into actionable recommendations with evidence.
• Ability to build/read/challenge analyses; comfortable with Excel/SQL/dashboards.
• Clear writing and speaking; experience presenting to VP-level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Frame the questions with impact and deliverables for service leaders.
• Structure work by breaking into hypotheses and analyses; design workplans.
• Review analyses for logic, data, and assumptions; provide feedback.
• Lead managers and senior managers across multiple workstreams.
• Write and present executive storyline; defend recommendations.
• Drive decisions; ensure owning teams act and measure impact.
• Develop people through coaching on problem-framing, analysis, and presentation.
