Expedia Group seeks a Director of Strategy and Service Insights to lead a high-impact team focused on Traveler and Partner Service questions. You will guide problem framing, analyses, and executive storytelling for VP-level audiences in Seattle, shaping where to invest and what to change first.

Strong coaching and cross-team leadership are essential. You will develop people, build robust models, and present clear recommendations with data-driven impact.

Qualifications

• MBA or quantitative graduate degree with 10+ years in strategy or similar roles.
• 4+ years leading teams through problem-solving work from scoping to recommendation.
• Experience coaching teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to turn unclear questions into adopted recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Frame the questions with clear problem statements and impact.
• Structure work with hypotheses, analyses and a workplan.
• Review analyses for logic, data and assumptions.
• Lead multiple managers and senior managers across workstreams.
• Write and present executive storylines and defend recommendations.
• Drive decisions and monitor impact after implementation.
• Develop the team through coaching and feedback.
