Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Priority Initiative Leader for the Strong & Safe Communities portfolio to shape strategy and theory of change across a national network of partners. You will coordinate activations, fundraising, communications, and partner development to drive coordinated, durable impact.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in philanthropy or corporate social impact, with a track record of cross-boundary collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a large philanthropic or corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Set and steward the overarching strategy and theory of change for the Strong & Safe Communities portfolio.
• Partner with internal teams to develop audience identification and engagement strategies.
• Convene and align a diverse network of stakeholders around an ambitious agenda for community empowerment and safety.
• Serve as an external face of Stand Together’s work, translating complex strategies into compelling narratives.
• Integrate activations, marketing and communications, and fundraising into a cohesive portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with investment partners to structure complex opportunities with philanthropic partners.
• Establish structures that keep knowledge moving across PI, capability, and business teams.
• Assess progress across the portfolio and optimize for whole-system outcomes.
