Job summary

UDig is seeking the leader of its Strategy and Design practice to set the vision for how we help clients decide what to build and why, spanning business and product strategy, experience strategy, research, and design craft. You’ll lead executive conversations, oversee delivery, and shape a growing AI-first practice across a large, distributed team.

Location options include Richmond, Nashville, Atlanta, or remote, with regular client travel expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across strategy, product, and design.
• 7+ years leading teams.
• Executive presence and C-suite alignment.
• Proven client delivery in professional services.
• Experience running large, distributed teams.
• Demonstrated AI-first in practice.

Responsibilities

• Shape client problems and set strategy with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery across strategy and design on key accounts.
