Job summary

Siemens is seeking a senior leader to own the global Strategic Services line within Electrification & Automation Customer Service. The role drives long-term service agreements, maintenance contracts and recurring revenue, with end-to-end accountability for revenue, profitability, and portfolio performance.

Reporting to the CS Head, you will lead in a global matrix, develop regional leaders and shape scalable service delivery while protecting margins and customer value.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in service, operations, or portfolio leadership.
• Proven track record with P&L responsibility and strong commercial judgment.
• Ability to lead through influence in international matrix organizations.
• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Understanding of lifecycle services, energy, electrification, automation or related industries.
• Executive-level communication and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Strategic Services business, defining strategy and portfolio direction across long-term service agreements, operations and maintenance contracts, and recurring-revenue models.
• Increase installed-base penetration and renewals by building scalable lifecycle service programs.
• Translate customer and market priorities into growth initiatives, roadmaps and differentiated value.
• Hold end-to-end P&L, allocate resources and scale long-term service models across regions.
• Lead through influence across a global matrix, aligning regional leaders and functions behind priorities.
