Job summary

• Organize front processes: checkout, fitting rooms, size collection and online collection.
• Promote omnichannel processes and ensure compliance.
• Implement new projects and operational updates.
• Minimize shrinkage and propose action plans.
• Manage external team through communication with their manager.
• Develop and train the operations team; manage schedules in ORQUEST.

You are dynamic and operational with great ability to manage the team and organize tasks.
