Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years of retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve sales and profitability.
• Drive customer satisfaction, brand representation, and inventory control.
• Coach the store team to develop talent and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Maintain store visuals and marketing execution while managing schedules and payroll.
