Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hotel stewarding operations.
• Experience scheduling staff and managing inventory.
• Knowledge of health regulations and SOPs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, coach, and review staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations and SOPs.
• Supervise sanitation of kitchen, storerooms, and equipment.
