Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader to head Statements within Platform and Data Services. You will design product strategy, operating models, and risk management across client statements, partnering with products and clusters to align on reporting, pricing, and data enablers.

You will drive analytics on client usage and digitization opportunities, manage budgets and senior stakeholder expectations, and lead a global enrichment engine for statements leveraging CDM.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 8-10+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership for pricing execution in the Services business.
• Knowledge of Payments & Receivables, Investor, and Issuer products.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and executive communication.
• Mastery of Treasury & Trade Solutions products.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform Deep Dive and Develop Recommendations for Product Strategy
• Revisit Pricing Rate Card for Statements
• Develop inventory of product data not included in statements, as well as identify remediation requirements
• Validate Product (Statements) Processor Data
• Develop Global standard statement enrichment engine leveraging payments CDM
• Manage client issues and enhancement requests related to statements
• Manage technology budget and project prioritization
• Work with products to identify risks in the statement production process and implement strategic solutions and compensating controls when the strategic solution has not been implemented yet
• Manage formal risk issues and corrective action plans to closure
• Define and drive analytics, tools and initiatives to measure client usage patterns and digitization adoption opportunities
