REVELxp is a premier sports hospitality company delivering premium fan experiences and event staffing across venues. The General Manager will oversee events at a designated site, recruit and train local staff, and act as the on-site liaison with partners. This role requires night/weekend work, leadership of teams, and a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction. Travel may be involved, and a dynamic fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of large-scale sports & event management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous football operations (or large event) experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to staff in the office and at events.
• Coordinate with Staffing Operations Management for account operations.
• Build and grow relationships with clients and venues.
• Lead staff training on venue standards, safety, and service.
• Create and manage event invoices and budgets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
