Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or Source-to-Pay experience.
• Proven leadership of sourcing and procurement teams.
• Deep end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with ERP tech like Oracle or comparable Source-to-Pay solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing and procurement professionals to deliver category strategies across complex categories.
• Develop and implement long- and short-term sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate analytics into executive insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define metrics and drive value, governance, and performance.
