Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or Source-to-Pay across complex categories.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering strategic outcomes.
• Strong end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Experience with Oracle or comparable Source-to-Pay ERP technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver category strategies and sourcing outcomes.
• Develop long- and short-term sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Connect data across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for leadership insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to define metrics that matter and drive business value.
• Analyze spend, supplier data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Establish corporate strategic planning and analytical processes.
• Lead process improvements and governance to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Drive large-scale sourcing events and negotiate complex contracts.
