Job summary

Flow is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to build and scale a playbook for technical win evaluations in mid-market and enterprise deals. You will run evaluations personally, codify processes, and hire/ramp the SE team to 10+ across regions in 12 months.

You'll design onboarding, certification, and a smooth handoff to deployment, reporting to the Head of Sales and collaborating with the AE team. Opportunity to shape post-sales transitions and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a solutions engineering or solutions architecture team (4–10 people).
• Able to run enterprise evaluations and manage deals while leading a team.
• Proven ability to design onboarding, eval frameworks, and demo environments.

Responsibilities

• Personally run technical evaluations on key deals.
• Codify the SE playbook: trial plans, workshops, demos, competitive positioning.
• Define the SE hiring profile and hire SEs.
• Build onboarding and certification so new SEs run evals quickly.
• Design handoff from technical win to deployment with Sales leadership.
