Job summary

Flow is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering leader to build and scale the SE function for mid-market and enterprise deals. You will run evaluations, codify playbooks, and recruit and ramp a growing SE team across regions.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will design onboarding, define the hiring bar, and shape the handoff from technical win to deployment as Flow scales its capabilities.

Qualifications

• Led a solutions engineering or solutions architecture team of 4–10 people.
• Stayed active in enterprise evaluations while leading the team.
• Created onboarding programs, eval frameworks, or demo environments from scratch.
• Has hired SEs against a defined bar and candid about mis-hires.

Responsibilities

• Personally run technical evaluations on our most important deals.
• Codify the SE playbook: trial plans, workshop formats, demo environments.
• Define the SE hiring profile and hire SEs.
• Build onboarding and certification so a new SE runs evals within a quarter.
• Design the handoff from technical win to deployment with the Head of Sales.
