Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a senior leader to head Solutions Engineering, driving end-to-end enterprise partnerships on the Stellar network. You will guide architecture, discovery, and production launches, while mentoring a team of Solutions Architects and Engineers in a fast-evolving blockchain environment.

You will own engagement models, set technical quality standards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner needs with Stellar's roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading customer-facing engineering or solutions teams.
• Strong technical background enabling architectural discussions and system trade-offs.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including Solutions Architects and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical partner engagements from discovery to production.
• Own and refine the Solutions Engineering program, including engagement models and SLAs.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and governance for complex integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address partner needs and tooling gaps.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and certification for solutions engineers.
• Represent SDF in strategic partner conversations and onsite engagements.
