Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is expanding its Solutions Engineering leadership to enable transformative enterprise partnerships on the Stellar network. You will own end-to-end engagements, from discovery through production launch, while guiding a growing team of solutions engineers and architects.

The role blends deep architecture, program management, and partner enablement in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading customer-facing engineering or solutions teams in blockchain/fintech.
• Ability to guide architectural discussions and evaluate system-level trade-offs.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams across solutions engineering.
• Comfort operating in fast-evolving environments and defining structure/processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine Stellar’s Solutions Engineering program, including engagement models and escalations.
• Build and grow a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers, both in-house and external.
• Lead end-to-end technical partner engagements from discovery to production launch and support.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for high-tier partners and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and review proposed architectures and trade-offs.
• Set a high technical quality bar for secure, scalable enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface partner needs and inform roadmaps.
• Design scalable engagement models and SLAs that maintain quality as the program scales.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and certification for solutions engineers and partners.
• Represent SDF in strategic partner conversations and onsite engagements.
