Job summary

Flow is seeking a senior leader to own deployments and renewals for a diverse customer base. You will architect deployment strategies, coordinate across customer teams, and drive adoption of Flow’s platform within post-sale engagements.

You’ll start as a player-coach, carrying a book while building scalable processes, then increasingly lead the team as Flow expands its customer footprint across SMB, mid-market and enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-sale deployments and renewals.
• Ability to design deployment methodologies and coverage models.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, engineering and customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry your own book of accounts: lead deployments and renewals end to end.
• Define deployment methodology, phased rollout, adoption metrics and health scoring.
• Design embedded enterprise deployment, guided mid-market rollout, scaled SMB coverage.
• Own renewals and lead the reps, build motion with AE team and expand where possible.
• Stand up support: tiering, response expectations, escalation into engineering.
• Hire and ramp the forward-deployed team, scaling to 10+ and shaping org structure.
