Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing for its SMB segment. You will own strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution, guiding a team of product marketers to drive pipeline and ABV growth for the SMB audience.

The role collaborates with Product, Sales, and Field Marketing to translate market truth into compelling customer outcomes. You will partner with leadership to shape buyer insights, competitive strategy, and AI-enabled capabilities, delivering high-impact launches

Competenze

10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS/tech.
Direct SMB marketing experience preferred.
Ability to articulate SMB buyer's daily reality and drivers.
Proven GTM messaging and product launch leadership.
Revenue-focused with cross-functional impact.
Executive presence and experience presenting to CMO-level leaders.
Experience managing senior product marketers, including Directors.
Agility and fast execution with friction removal.
