You will drive enrollment planning, site selection, and partnerships to accelerate activation and enrollment. Responsibilities include leading regional feasibility, data-driven site decisions, and governance.

Qualifications

• Lead regional feasibility strategy aligned with portfolio priorities and timelines.
• Assess country/site feasibility using data analytics and historical performance.
• Drive evidence-based site selection and governance improvements.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement with sites and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site engagement models for long-term partnerships.
• Forecast enrollment and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with vendors, CROs, and study teams on recruitment programs.
